White glitter hat measures about 7” tall and attached to a thick hard headband in Black colour, that provides a strong hold on the head. On your desire you are able to reposition your hat alongside the headband - that gives you a possibility to wear your hat on either side of your head or centered on top.
Black ruffle collar is made with tulle. Collar depth is 5.8” (15 cm) and width is about 15” (38-40 cm). This collar is adjustable with ties. One size fits all.
