Shipping policy

Processing times:

Each accessory is crafted by hand to order. Typically it takes about 3-5 business days to make and ship every order. 

Delivery time (starting from dispatch date):

Within Canada:

Standard delivery method for small packages (letter mail shipping) is the most economic shipping option for thin parcels and doesn’t include any tracking nor insurance.  Please be patient - Letter mail can take up to 2 weeks or in rare cases longer.

All tracked parcels include tracking number. Delivery time depends on your location. Generally it takes about 4 - 10 business days once your parcel is shipped (rural addresses can take longer). 

USA: All orders are shipped through USPS partners with full tracking info included. Typically orders take around 6 to 9 business days to arrive once they've been shipped.

 

Shipping Policy:

The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered. We are not responsible if a package is sent out to a wrong address entered by the customer.
