Halloween Circus Costume

Gold sparkling hat measures about 7” tall and attached to a black hard satin covered headband.

Tulle Collar depth is 5.8” (15 cm) and width is about 15” (35 cm). This collar is adjustable with ties.
Collar is made with multiple layers of black and gold tulle with gold stars on the top layer.
This collar is also available in its full fluffy version (pls check our shop). Please note that it is the same collar and this original flat version can be transformed to a fluffy one by yourself with a little of efforts, but not vise versa.
